Your feedback counts! We survey every patient each time we dispense a medication. Exceeding your expectations is key to our success. Our customer service survey scores confirm our commitment to our patients.
- All survey responses are anonymous. If you would like for us to contact you to discuss your feedback, please include your name and contact information with the survey.
- The owners, Dennis and Andrew, read all your comments. We like to share your suggestions and feedback with our team, so feel free to offer ideas and tell us how you feel about our service!
- A survey is included in each patient order. The survey is comprised of ten questions focusing on the areas of pharmacy service, delivery service and overall rating.
- A postage-paid envelope is included to return your response. Our response rate is approximately 26%! A reflection our patients feel strongly about the high level of service they receive.
- Reponses are reviewed monthly.
