Prior Authorization Support

SpecialtyScripts Pharmacy welcomes any opportunity to make the physician’s job easier, including initiating prior authorization for patients. Our team verifies insurance benefits as well as works with third-party payors, allowing physicians and their office staff more time and energy for patients. It is through our prior authorization process that we work to eliminate hassles and help doctors service their patients.

Personalized Patient Support

Through our On Target Care program, we develop a personalized care plan for each and every patient. Specialty products are always in stock and can be delivered to the patient, the physician’s office, or other location. Insurance coverage is explained to the patient and multiple payors are billed to reduce patient out-of-pocket costs. To ensure a successful therapy outcome, we call for refills on behalf of the patient in advance and remind them to follow-up with office visits.

Free Delivery

Prescription orders are delivered to the designated address via Federal Express – free of charge. Tracked for on-time arrival, packages are properly insulated according to their temperature requirements. All temperature sensitive products are placed in Styrofoam containers, with cold packs, to guarantee product stability.

Increased Patient Satisfaction

While we cannot provide for every insurance, we do cover most. If for some reason, SpecialtyScripts Pharmacy cannot provide for a particular patient, we will refer them to a pharmacy that can.
